1.Environment Consciousness:

•  Clean and Green program is implemented in the campus.
  
•  Plastic free campus is maintained
  

2. Water harvesting:Rain water harvesting project has been implemented in the college. The water thus harvested is being used in department laboratories for practical purpose. This reduces the additional instrumentals and electrical energy cost of preparation of distilled water for routine practical purpose.

3. CSP are given to create social awareness and research aptitude.

4. Objective type of questions are givent to write PG entrance exams.

5. Special care is taken on slow learners by conducting Remedial classes.

6. Student – Centric method is followed to create an active class room like Debate, Role – Play etc.

7. Weekly 1 hour is alloted for pleasure reading.

8. The faculty of the department strech their innovative approach to trian the students who hail from different back ground.

9.Communicative language teaching is implemented l.ike group discussion ete.

10. Target based chemistry teaching is practiced.

11. Student seminars with power point presentations  are implemented to improve their confidence level and remove the stage fear and develop presentation skills.
